Our technical equipment enables the efficient manufacturing of highly complex components. Because we manufacture every component that goes into our own fixtures ourselves, you benefit from a very deep in-house manufacturing capability. This allows us to offer complex component manufacturing as contract work for many areas of mechanical engineering.
Machining processes
- Milling – on modern 5-axis machining centres for complex geometries in a single setup
- Turning – precision turned parts to drawing
- Grinding – surfaces to micrometre accuracy, ideal for hardened tools and fixtures
- EDM – for sharply defined contours in the hardest materials
- Deep-hole drilling – for demanding bores, also bookable as standalone contract work on our deep-hole drilling machine
- 3D printing (adaptive manufacturing) – additive manufacturing with our Bambu Lab X1E for prototypes, fixture components and small batches in a wide range of technical filaments
Flexible from single parts to small batches
Even small quantities are no problem in contract manufacturing – we support you just as well with single parts as with smaller batches. On request, we manufacture complete assemblies to your customer drawings and take care of assembly and functional testing on our test rigs.
